Which is why I started a company to help women professionals take their career in exactly the direction they want.
I’ve always known I wanted to support women in achieving their career goals faster. I LOVE helping women building careers that work for them and their lives – whatever stage of life that might be.
As an executive recruiter for 7 years, I worked with 100+ hiring managers and interviewed literally 1,000’s of executives. Translation: market research at a massive scale. Through this research, I identified the most important keys to help women achieve their career goals. As a career coach I can help you, whether your goal is to have better work-life balance or climb to the top of the corporate ladder.
It was my own personal experience that inspired me to start this work. And I’ve built a toolkit through my research and work with women professionals and women executives. I’m proud to now be able to share that toolkit for career success with all of my clients.
